When you use the Muse connector, we process the puzzle image you upload and the generated output needed to provide the solve. We use this material to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Photos you upload — including with your free solve — may be used by PuzzleCrackerAI for marketing (for example, showing real example solves on our website) and to improve the service, including training our models.

Uploaded images and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days, then deleted. This is our policy for connector solve materials; please avoid uploading information you do not want processed.

The connector does not require a PuzzleCracker account or login. An anonymous wallet token associates purchased credits with your device or workflow. Retain your token: it cannot be recovered if lost.
