These terms apply to purchases and use of PuzzleCracker’s public Muse connector.
The service
The Muse connector supports crossword, sudoku, and word-search puzzles. Results depend on image quality and the service’s ability to recognize a supported puzzle. One-time pricing is $0.50 USD for 1 solve or $3 USD for 10 solves.
Credits, tokens, and refunds
No PuzzleCracker account or login is required. Your anonymous wallet token must be retained and cannot be recovered by us if lost. Each submitted solve attempt uses one credit. If a solve fails, upload a clearer image and try again; the credit is not restored automatically. You may email support@puzzlecrackerai.com to request a manual credit review. Support will examine each request individually.
Purchases are generally non-refundable once any credit has been used. Contact support about duplicate or unauthorized charges and we will review them.
Availability and data
SPT regional availability depends on Stripe Link and agentic commerce availability. Uploaded images and generated outputs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted.
Photos you upload — including with your free solve — may be used by PuzzleCrackerAI for marketing (for example, showing real example solves on our website) and to improve the service, including training our models.
We do not claim Meta approval at this time. Use the connector only with content you have the right to upload, and review the Privacy Policy for data handling details.
